The hotel was fantastic, with modern, clean rooms and efficient air conditioning on the third floor which was identical to the photos. The service was excellent, despite language barriers, as the staff guided me by phone through the construction confusion in Viseu. The location couldn't have been better, just a 5-minute walk from the old town and museums, with secure undercover parking available. The dining options, although limited, offered a simple yet adequate experience with a traditional Portuguese breakfast and a good selection of fruits. The facilities were well-equipped and the price was reasonable for the value provided.
